thrift haul.

Last week I mentioned the thrift stores that were offering sales for Memorial Day. I also mentioned I would more than likely be following up with a blog post haul featuring the items I snagged… and HAUL did I ever!  Matter of fact, this is probably one of my largest thrift store hauls of all time! So without further ado, check out the fabulous finds I scored for a mere fraction of the retail price (and make sure to look at my grand total at the bottom):

You got some nice stuff! I’m especially impressed w/your workout gear. I’ve never found anything like that!

I just went to Saver’s w/my mom. I got a bunch of tops and some bracelets. No luck w/skirts or shorts. (or shoes!) After Saver’s, we headed over to Goodwill b/c our store was having an “everything is $1 sale!” Unfortunately, we didn’t know the store closed @ 3 (we arrived at 2:55.) Boo!

    • Hey Lindsay! I’m glad to hear you took advantage of the Savers sale (bummer about Goodwill though!)

As for the workout gear, I think a lot of people often overlook the athletic section in thrift stores because they think the items will be “sweaty and used” when it tends to be quite the contrary! – I frequently find workout apparel that is next to new and sometimes even has the tags still attached (like above)! :)

  2. Ditto on the workout clothes.. very nice find! The pants look great too.. Check out my latest haul :-)
