Who says color has to be confined to your clothing? Certainly not me! Bright and bold shades are all the rage for summer, so why not take it a step further and incorporate some of that colossal color into your eye makeup as well? Doing this with eye liner or eyeshadow (or both!) is a fun and easy way to switch up your typical makeup routine and make eyes take center stage in the process.
